Shipping policy

At Oak Family Boutique, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We work with Canadian suppliers to source high-quality products that will ship and arrive at your door as soon as possible. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The processing time takes an additional 2–4 days Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. 
  
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For Canadian delivery, after processing and leaving the shop, items usually take between 3 and 10 days (depending on location) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  
  USA: We ship to the US for a flat rate, see at checkout
  
• Orders generally take 4-9 business days to arrive within the USA mainland. You are responsible for paying any customs duties and inspection delays at the borders. From our experience, the process is usually relatively fast for regular small orders.
